RAJVEER POV:
I was typing on my laptop in my cabin when the door suddenly swung open. I didn't need to look up to know who it was. Only two people dared to barge in without knocking: Adityy Singh Rathore, the CEO of Rathore Industries and my partner in our secret crime business, and Karan Rajput, the genius hacker .They were my param mitars.
They walked in down on the plush sofa, their stylish poses a testament to their charisma. Karan, shot me a glance and said, "Tune bataya nahi bhai ki teri shaadi ho rahi hai."
(You didn't tell me, brother, that you're getting married.)
My mind racing, I thought to myself, "How did they find out?" Was it Kiara, or maybe my mom who had spilled the beans? I pushed aside my laptop and leaned back in my chair, a cold tone creeping into my voice as I glared at Karan.
"Haan, toh tujhe free ka khana khane ka mauka mil raha hai kya?"
(So, you're getting a free meal, huh?)
Karan chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Khair, kon hai vo bechari ladki jiske saath teri shaadi ho rahi hai? Usse toh pata bhi nahi ki vo rakshash se shaadi karne ja rahi hai."
(Anyway, who's the poor girl who's getting married to you? She has no idea she's marrying a monster.)
Aditya, who had been quietly observing the exchange, spoke up, his voice tinged with curiosity. "Haa, bhai, batana, kon hai humari hone wali bhabhi?"
(Yes, brother, tell us, who's our future bhabhi?)
A sly smile spread across my face as I replied, "She's your sister's best friend."
The room fell silent, with Karan and Aditya exchanging a weighted glance.
Aditya's voice turned cold, his tone dripping with a mix of surprise and annoyance. "What? Tell me her name."
I savored the moment, drawing out the suspense before dropping the bombshell. "Saanvi Chauhan."
The two nodded, their expressions thoughtful, as they shot me curious glances. Aditya's behavior, however, caught Karan off guard, his brow furrowed in concern.
Just then, my phone buzzed, shrill in the silence. I glanced at the screen to see my mom's name flashing.
I picked up, and her voice chimed in, "Beta Raj, we're going shopping, and I think you should come too. You're the groom, after all."
Before I could respond, Kiara and Dhruv chimed in, their teasing tones carrying over the line. "Bhai sa, come please! Bhabhi sa is also coming with us for shopping."
My heart skipped a beat as I thought to myself, "Oh, so my sweetheart is coming too? Why shouldn't I go? It's the perfect opportunity to see her, take her in my arms, and kiss those lips again."
I replied, trying to sound nonchalant, "Yeah, I'm coming in 10 minutes." I hung up, my mind already racing with thoughts of her.
Aditya's voice cut through my reverie, his tone casual, yet laced with a deeper meaning. "Are you happy with the marriage, Rajveer? I mean, considering your past...what was it about her that made you choose her?"
I met Aditya's gaze, my eyes drifting to the photo of Saanvi that Kiara had handed me. The same photo I kept in my drawer, a constant reminder of the her who had captured my heart.
I gazed into Aditya's inquisitive eyes, I felt the question echoing within me - "Why just only her?" My mind drifted back to the moment I first laid eyes on her.
"It was the way she made me feel," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "Like I was home, like I had finally found the missing piece of my soul. She's the calm in my storm, the safe haven where I can be myself without fear of judgment."
I paused, collecting my thoughts as I searched for the right words to express the emotions swirling within me.
"She is the first person who has ever truly seen me, who has looked beyond the faรงade of the ruthless mafia leader and touched the heart of the man beneath. She's the one who has awakened feelings I thought were long dead, who has made me feel alive again."
I spoke, I felt the vulnerability seep into my voice, but I didn't care. I wanted Aditya to understand, to see the depth of my emotions, to know that my love for her was real. "It's not just about her beauty or her charm, it's about the way she makes me feel, the way she challenges me to be a better man, the way she loves me for who I am, not for what I do but she doesn't know what i do just she knows i'm the CEO."
I took a deep breath, my eyes locking onto Aditya's. "That's why it's only her."
SAANVI POV:
I stepped out of my car and onto the bustling mall grounds. My mother had been too busy to join us, so my sister Diya, my two cupcakes - as I affectionately called them - and I had accompanied Mrs. Rajwat to the mall for a day of shopping in preparation for the upcoming engagement.
We three made our way towards the entrance, my eyes scanned the crowd, searching for a familiar face.
And then, I saw him -" Raj " standing tall and devilishly handsome in his tailored tuxedo suit. His piercing gaze met mine, and I felt a flutter in my chest, the memory of our passionate kiss from the previous night still lingering in my mind. My cheeks flushed with a fiery blush as I hastily looked away, attempting to compose myself.
But I couldn't shake off the feeling that his eyes were still on me, boring into my skin. I glanced back, and our gazes met once more. This time, I held his stare, my heart racing with excitement and I felt like I was drowning in the depths of his eyes.
Dhruv's voice cut through the air, breaking the spell that had been cast between him and me. "Let's go inside," he said, his tone cheerful.
We all nodded in unison and made our way into the mall.
As we ventured deeper into the mall, we decided to split into groups to make the most of our shopping experience. I found myself paired with Tanvi and Mrs. Rajwat and Diya formed another group with dhruv and ishika .
The third group consisted of Chachi, Him, Kiara, Aditya, and Karan.
We made our way to a luxurious lehanga store, the intricate designs and vibrant colors on display leaving me breathless.
Mrs. Rajwat approached a salesman and requested, "Please show me the best lehanga for my beautiful daughter-in-law." Her warm smile was directed at me, making me feel like an integral part of the family.
As the salesman presented an array of stunning lehengas, I couldn't help but feel like a princess, surrounded by the opulence and grandeur of the store. The salesman eagerly began showcasing an array of stunning lehengas. After trying on several .
Mrs. Rajwat handed me a lehanga of her choice, saying, "Try this one, beta." I took the lehanga and headed towards the trial room, my heart racing with anticipation.
I was about to lock the door, someone's palm covered my mouth, and I knew exactly who it was. His eyes sparkled with mischief as he gazed at me, his breath dancing across my skin.
His breath caressed my ear, sending a shiver down my spine. "Why did you go to the club that day, sweetheart?" he whispered, his voice husky and seductive. His teeth grazed my earlobe, and a moan escaped my lips, betraying my attempts to remain composed.
A hundred butterflies fluttered in my stomach as he called me sweetheart, my heart racing with excitement. I tried to push his hand away, but he held firm, his fingers splayed across my mouth. "I just went there to release my stress,and......." I managed to stammer, trying to keep my voice steady.
But he wasn't interested in hearing the rest of my explanation. He pinned me against the mirror, his body pressed against mine, sending waves of heat coursing through my veins. His hand slid down to my waist, his fingers digging gently into my skin.
"But now, I think I've become the source of your stress, sweetheart," he purred, his voice dripping with seduction.
His eyes locked onto mine, burning with an inner fire that left me breathless. I felt my knees weaken, my body melting into his touch.
RAJVEER POV:
I pinned her to the mirror of the trial room, my hands caging her in, I felt a rush of excitement coursing through my veins. One hand rested on her slender waist, my fingers digging gently into her skin, while the other hand pressed against the mirror, trapping her in my arms.
I gazed into her eyes, my voice low and husky as I asked, "Haven't you found anything you like yet, sweetheart?"
Her's response was a cute pout, her head shaking from side to side. I was taken aback by her adorable expression, my self-control slipping. Without warning, I claimed her lips, my mouth crashing down on hers in a passionate kiss. I sucked hard, my teeth grazing her lips, and she moaned softly, her voice barely audible.
As I deepened the kiss, our tongues entwined, and she matched my pace, her response igniting a fire within me. I bit her lower lip, and she gasped, a soft "Aghh, Raj ji" escaping her lips. I smiled at her reaction, my eyes locked on hers, and then, I couldn't help but notice the small trickle of blood on her lip.
My eyes fixed on her, I felt a sudden, searing jolt of jealousy. It was as if a spark had been lit within me, igniting a fire that threatened to consume me whole. And the source of this jealousy? A tiny, insignificant droplet of blood that had appeared on her lower lip.
It was a small, almost imperceptible thing, but to me, it was a declaration of war. That tiny droplet of blood, so close to her lips, seemed to mock me, taunting me with its very existence. It was as if it was saying, "I am closer to her than you will ever be. I am a part of her, connected to her in a way that you can only dream of."
My mind reeled with the implications of this tiny droplet of blood. It was a reminder that I was not the only one who had access to her, who could touch her, taste her. It was a cruel joke, a twist of fate that seemed designed to drive me mad with jealousy.
And yet, even as I felt this jealousy consuming me, I knew that I had to have that blood. I had to claim it, to make it mine. It was a primal, savage urge, one that I couldn't ignore. I leaned in, my mouth drawn to the tiny droplet of blood like a magnet.
I sucked it in, feeling the warmth of her lips, the metallic tang of her blood, I felt a sense of satisfaction, of completion.
My mind took a dark turn, and I thought to myself, "How beautiful she'll look when she's moaning my name on our first night." The image sent a shiver down my spine.
We both broke apart, gasping for air, Saanvi looked up at me, her cheeks flushed, her eyes sparkling. I kissed her forehead, my lips gentle, and handed her a beautiful mahroon lehanga. "Try this one, meri jaan," I said, my voice soft.
Saanvi took the lehanga, her eyes locked on mine, and asked, "Yeh kya?"
(What's this?)
I replied, "Yeh lehanga pehne, meri jaan"
(Wear this lehanga, my love).
But she hesitated, her expression uncertain. "But Ma sa ne mujhe yeh try karne ko bola hai"
(But Mom asked me to try this one).
I felt a pang of disappointment, knowing she was trying to please my mother. I left the trial room, my emotions in turmoil.
Author Pov:
He left the trial room, she thought to herself, "Why not surprise him?" She slipped into the lehenga, a stunning backless piece. Glancing in the mirror, she blushed at her reflection, her curves looking sensual and alluring.
She sashayed towards her family, eager to gauge their reactions. But they stared at her, agog, as if they'd spotted an alien in a lehenga.
Her nervousness turned to irritation. "Why are you all staring at me like I'm some extraterrestrial?" she asked, her tone laced with annoyance.
The room erupted in laughter. Tanvi and Dhruv chimed in unison, their voices booming like a loudspeaker, "You're looking stunning, Bhabi! Saanu baby doll!"
Tanvi shot Dhruv a withering glance, but he just grinned at her, his smile radiant.
the room continued to buzz with excitement, Miss Rajwat's voice cut through the din, her eyes shining with maternal affection. "You look so beautiful, beta," she cooed, her hands clasped together in admiration.
"Mera bacha, kisi ki nazar na lage." Her words were a heartfelt blessing, a mother's prayer that her child would be protected from the evil eye.
But Dhruv, ever the jokester, couldn't resist chiming in, his voice laced with mischief. "Badi maa, Bhai sa ki nazar lagegi bhabhi sa ko, aur kuch bhi lag sakta hai, kyu haina Bhai sa?" His words were a playful jab, a teasing remark that was meant to elicit a laugh.
But Him, standing at the corner, didn't take kindly to Dhruv's joke. His eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing as he glared at Dhruv. The air seemed to vibrate with tension, and Dhruv, sensing the unease, shut up, his mouth snapping closed like a trap.
She, however, felt a pang of disappointment. Everyone was complimenting her, admiring her beauty, but Him, the one person she wanted to impress, didn't even bat an eyelid. She felt a surge of frustration, her mind racing with thoughts. "I wore the lehenga he chose, and yet he doesn't even notice me.
I'm going to teach him a lesson." She mumbled under her breath, "Sadu kahike abh se ek bhi kiss nahi lene dungi."
She stood there, basking in the admiration of those around her, a salesman approached her with an overzealous smile, his eyes gleaming with a mixture of curiosity and lust. His gaze roamed over her body, lingering on the curves of her lehanga, and she felt a shiver run down my spine as his fingers brushed against her skin. The touch was innocent enough, but it sent a wave of discomfort washing over her, leaving me feeling vulnerable and exposed.
But before she could react, she saw him. He stood frozen, his gaze fixed on her with an intensity that made her heart skip a beat. His eyes, once bright and warm, had darkened to a deep red, burning with a fierce anger that seemed to simmer just below the surface. She saw his jaw clench, his muscles tense, as he took in the scene before him, his entire being radiating a sense of possessiveness and protectiveness.
The salesman, oblivious to the storm brewing around him, continued to fawn over me, but his eyes kept darting back to him, sensing the danger that lurked beneath the surface. Finally, with a nervous smile, he beat a hasty retreat, leaving me feeling shaken and vulnerable.
She took a deep breath and made my way towards Dhruv, Tanvi, and Ishika, who were standing nearby, watching the scene unfold. She reached them, she felt a sense of relief wash over me her.
Dhruv's eyes met her, and she saw a flicker of concern there, but he said nothing to her , simply offering her a reassuring smile.
Tanvi's voice cut through the air, her brow furrowed with concern as she gazed at Saanvi. "Are you okay, Saanvi? Why are you sweating so much?" she asked, her eyes scanning Saanvi's face for any signs of distress.
Saanvi waved her hand dismissively, a faint smile playing on her lips. "Yes, I'm fine. This lehenga is just too heavy, that's all," she explained, her voice light and airy. But despite her reassurances, Tanvi's eyes lingered on her face, searching for any hidden signs of discomfort.
RAJVEER POV:
I stood there, my eyes locked onto hers, a sly smile began to spread its way across my face, like a slow-burning flame that threatened to consume me whole. It was a smile that betrayed my inner turmoil, a smile that hinted at the depths of my desire, my longing, my utter devotion to the vision that stood before me.
My gaze drifted over her, drinking in the sight of her, as if I could never get enough. And then, my eyes settled on the Mahroon lehanga that hugged her curves, accentuating the gentle sway of her hips, the soft rustle of the silk a symphony that echoed through my very being.
I'd chosen that lehanga for her, with deliberate care, with a deep understanding of the way it would make her shine. And now, as I gazed upon her, I knew that I had made the right choice. The fabric seemed to come alive on her, as if it had been woven specifically for her, to highlight the contours of her body, to showcase the radiance of her skin.
I gazed at her, a sly smile spreading across my face, I thought to myself "She slipped into the Mahroon lehanga ,I'd chosen for her, and my soul slipped into forever."
It was as if time itself had stood still, as if the very fabric of reality had been altered by the sight of her in that lehanga.
In that moment, I knew that I was lost, irretrievably lost, in the depths of her beauty. I was a sailor on a stormy sea, tossed about by the waves of my desire, with no anchor to hold onto, no shore in sight. And yet, I was at peace, for I knew that I had found my forever, my soulmate, my everything.
"I watched with cold calculation as the salesman's beady eyes crawled all over her, his grimy hands touching her with a familiarity that made my gut twist with rage. The way she shifted uncomfortably, her eyes flashing with distress, only fueled the inferno burning within me.
My gaze locked onto hers, a silent warning that I was onto the salesman's game. I willed her to understand that she was under my protection now, that I wouldn't let anyone lay a hand on her without going through me first.
The salesman, sensing the weight of my stare, backed off with a speed that would've been comical if the situation wasn't so revolting. I kept my eyes on him, a silent promise that if he ever crossed me again, he'd be sleeping with the fishes.
My gaze returned to her, and I gave her a slight nod, a reassurance that she was safe now. She didn't need to know that I'd just marked her as mine, that anyone who dared to touch her would have to answer to me. But she'd find out soon enough."
